Vice President Dick Cheney’s remarkable address before AIPAC yesterday, before 5,000 people, interrupted by frequent applause and multiple standing ovations, is worth reading in its entirety, not only for the clarity of the commitment to Israel, the message to the Palestinians and the warnings to Iran, but as a summary of the progress since 9/11 and a compelling statement of strategy.
