Josh Mandel at the Republican Jewish Coalition

Ohio State Representative Josh Mandel appeared Sunday evening at the annual dinner of the Republican Jewish Coalition at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley and (as Joel Mowbray noted here) made an extraordinary impression. 

Mandel is running for re-election, having served as an Intelligence Specialist in the Marine Corps Reserves, after graduating first in his class from Marine Corps Boot Camp and first in his class from Marine Corps Intelligence School. He has served two tours in Iraq, where he operated throughout the Al Anbar Province. During both tours, he received the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal for “superior performance of his duties.”
